The fee, plainly
A flat 15% on every confirmed booking
If an artist quotes $10,000, the Stars Galore fee is $1,500 and the promoter pays $11,500. The artist receives $10,000 in full. The calculation runs on the booking record itself, so it is identical for every party looking at it.
